How an Inspection Works
PROCESS & DISCLAIMER
Step 1 – Listen and Inspect
We begin by understanding your concerns, the history of the home, and any recent water events. A walk-through inspection is completed with visual review and moisture screening of accessible areas.
Step 2 – Sample (If Needed)
Sampling is recommended only when it will provide useful information. We explain the purpose, cost, and limits before any sample is collected.
Step 3 – Laboratory Analysis
Samples are analyzed by accredited third-party laboratories using recognized methods. This ensures objective results that are not influenced by any contractor.
Step 4 – Clear Report
You receive a written report that explains observations, moisture conditions, and practical next steps in plain language. The report is designed to help you decide what, if anything, should be done next.
